Like most women, Kate Hudson put on some weight after giving birth to her third child. The “Fool’s Gold” actress initially shed the baby weight, but she then put on some pounds and gained an extra 6kg. She immediately sprung into action, clamping down on her food intake and focusing on healthy meals and intermittent fasting.

She also did Pilates and had regular bike rides as her workout sessions. In the end, she was able to lose 26 pounds and go back to her athletic shape. Hudson starred in a series titled “Truth Be Told” in 2021.
