Arguably one of the most successful female country artists ever, Dolly Parton has 25 number one hit singles to her name. She has lived in her 2.4-acre, four-bedroom home in Brentwood, Nashville, together with her husband Carl Dean, since purchasing it for $400K, in 1999.

The country star’s residence features a 1,500-square-foot living space for guests and a tennis court. Since last year, the singer has shared Instagram videos that provide a look into her home, and the social media posts have gone viral since then. The legendary musician is set to perform at 15 stadiums worldwide in 2021.

Meg Ryan – Soho, $9.84 Million

Meg Ryan purchased her Soho loft from The Simpsons voice actor Hank Azaria in 2014 for $8 million. The 4,100-square-foot apartment features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum natural light.

The You’ve Got Mail actress sold the apartment in 2017 for $9.84 million after three months of listing it. So although Maggie never actually lived in it, it is her on-screen home! Besides, with a fortune of $18 million, it’s safe to assume she would have bought the manor if she wished. The house was last seen on the market in 2015 when it was reportedly sold for just over $8 million, which was more than $2 million higher than its asking price. Anderson ended up selling her 4,360-square-foot home in 2015 for $2.1 million. Apart from her appearance in 2019’s short documentary film Valerie, Anderson has also played Frances’s role in her comedy series My Sister is So Gay. In April 2021, there were reports of the actress’s death, but fortunately, these reports turned out to be false.

At 90 years of age, it seems William Shatner hasn’t aged at all since his days as Captain Kirk in 1960’s Star Trek. The actor shot to international fame following his role as captain of the USS Enterprise, which led him to make big bucks in Hollywood.

Shatner bought his Studio City 4,016-square-foot home in 1975, where he lived with his late wife, Elizabeth. Initially built in 1925, the Mediterranean-styled home was also featured in his show The William Shatner Project on DIY, where the couple set about remodeling and renovating it. Today, the residence is estimated to be worth $3 million. Shatner’s upcoming movie Senior Moment is set to release in 2021.
