Donald Sutherland’s former Tudor-style home in Palisades Beach, Santa Monica, has a fantastic view of the beach, Malibu, and the Pacific Ocean. At 1,481 square feet, the house was designed by Sutherland himself and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Notable characteristics of the beachfront home also include vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, warming wood floors, a library wall, a pull-out projector screen, and a deck that faces the ocean. Sutherland sold the home in 2015 for just shy of $3 million. Its current resident is Neil Jacobson, an executive at Interscope records. His 2020 HBO miniseries The Undoing has garnered acclaim from fans and critics alike.
