Star of the 1960’s sitcom The Dick Van Dyke Show, Richard Wayne Van Dyke has been active in Hollywood since the 1950s. His glorious, 12,015-square-foot Italian-style residence in Encino, Los Angeles, sports three opulent bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The stately home features a wine cellar, a fitness room, a games room with a billiards table, a home theatre, and a media room. The home last sold in the 1990s for $1.25 million and has recently popped up at a price reduced from $8.995 million to $6.512 million. Van Dyke is expected to appear in the upcoming film Capture the Flag, which is currently in production.
