Elton John – Nice, S15 million

Sitting amidst the trees, atop hills of Mount Boron, Elton John’s grand castle-like home dubbed Castel Mont-Alban is a sight to behold. The chateau belongs to none other than pop legend Sir Elton John himself. The Rocket Man singer owns no less than four magnificent homes worldwide, but the one in Nice is probably his favorite.

The $15 million Friend Riviera palace overlooks the sea, all the way to the Mediterranean coastline. Elton’s farewell tour, which was canceled in 2020, is set to commence in September 2021 in the UK and Ireland.

Lady Gaga – Malibu, $22.5 Million

In 2014, Lady Gaga became a resident of Malibu, California, after splashing out $22.5 million on luxurious oceanfront property. The lavish home on a six-acre lot was also featured on Netflix’s documentary Gaga: Five Foot Two.

With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the 10,270-square-foot home features a wine cellar, private bar, home theatre cinema, and a bowling alley. Additionally, whenever the actress from A Star Is Born is looking for inspiration, all she needs to do is pull back the curtains for a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. Her 2021 tour Lady Gaga The Chromatica Ball, is set to kick off in August.

Tony Bennett – Belvedere Island, $27.5 Million

Singer Tony Bennett’s former 9,500-square-foot home in Belvedere Island was located on top of the Bay. Much like the American singer’s magical and dazzling performances, the home also featured an equally magical view of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco skyline, and Mount Tamalpais for its lucky inhabitants.

The French-themed five-bedroom and seven-bathroom residence also had three lawns, a library, and five fireplaces. Sadly, the singer sold his luxury abode almost a decade ago. The home was listed for sale in 2011 with an asking price of $27.5 million. Tony has been battling Alzheimer’s disease for five years, but he is in no mood to give up!

Jon Bon Jovi – Florida, $43 Million

In 2020, Grammy Award-winning American singer-songwriter Jon Bon Jovi sold and moved out of his Palm Beach mansion to buy and move into his Palm Beach mansion. Confused? We thought so. Bon Jovi flipped his oceanfront Palm Beach home after renovating it for $20 million and celebrated his profit by buying an even more luxurious estate right down the street for $43 million.

His new 19,232-square-foot home boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms along with additional features like an exercise facility, wine cellar, elevators, and breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The Bon Jovi Experience tour is set to kick start in May 2021.

Sharon Osbourne – Beverly Hills, $26.895 Million

Sharon Osbourne and her husband, singer Ozzy Osbourne fell in love with the Beverly Hills mansion as soon as they first laid eyes on it in 2012. Although the couple owned other homes in the country, they decided to live in the 5,389-square-foot estate as tenants.

Designed and built in 1955, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate also has a media room with a built-in bar, an outdoor cabana, marble entryways, and a mosaic pool. The home has since gone on sale for $27 million. Sharon recently quit her television show The Talk, following a controversial and heated debated with co-host Sheryl Underwood.

Kathie Lee Gifford – Florida, $10.5 Million

Kathy Gifford and her late husband, Frank Gifford, lived in a massive 11,400 square feet mansion in Key Largo, Florida. After Frank passed in 2015, followed by Kathy’s mother’s death, she was devastated and felt alone in the giant residence.

Kathy put the residence up for sale at a cool $10.5 million in 2018. Situated in the Ocean Reef Club, the home faces the ocean and boasts eight bedrooms and bathrooms, a private gym, and a pool. Fun fact; almost every single bedroom has a breathtaking ocean view. If recent speculation is correct, Kathie is set to appear on The View as a co-host.

Kenny Rogers – Atlanta, $2.38 Million

Born in 1938 to financially struggling parents, Kenny Rogers became one of country and pop music’s legends. It’s undoubtedly an inspirational rags-to-riches story—the child born in public housing grew up to live like a king, with numerous homes that resemble ornate palaces.

One such home was Rogers’s 13,000 square-feet Atlanta residence, which he bought in 2012 for $1.5 million, later flipping it in 2018 for a cool $883K profit. The home features six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, with a two-story foyer and ten fireplaces. Rogers tragically passed away in March 2020 at the age of 81.

Tina Turner and her husband Ike Turner became the most famous husband-wife music duo of the 1960s and the ’70s. Their onstage performances captivated fans and the audience while their studio records topped the music charts.

Tina Turner spent a small fraction of her massive $270 million fortune when she purchased this 1956 disco-retro, single-story home in View Park, Los Angeles. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom 3,000-square-foot home was last seen on the market when it sold in 2018 for $1.4 million; Ike and Tina were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. Her biopic, Tina, was released in March 2021 and premiered at the Berlin Film Festival.

Clint Eastwood – Pebble Beach, $9.75 Million

Clint Eastwood bought his enormous 4.7-acre Pebble Beach estate in 1994 for $3.925 million. Designed by architect Clarence Tantau in 1920, the home is inspired by Spanish designs. The home’s layout is designed around a central courtyard which is home to oak trees and a fountain.

The home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while the décor is very much Spanish with Spanish doors, hand-crafted iron finishes, and terracotta rood tiles. Eastwood put up the estate for sale in 2017 at $9.75 million. The latest Clint Eastwood-directed movie, Cry Macho, has gotten the green light from Warner Bros. and is set to release in October 2021.

Jodie Foster – Beverly Hills, $14.9 Million

Two-time Oscar award-winning actress Jodie Foster originally purchased her gorgeous two-story Beverly Hills home from the film producer Colin Callender in 2012 for a sum of $11.75 million.

The 7,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private garden entrance, and a fireplace. The kitchen features vaulted ceilings and French doors that open out onto the patio. In 2019, Foster was able to sell the residence just two months after listing it for sale for a cool $14.9 million. Foster’s upcoming movie The Mauritanian is set to hit theaters in 2021.

Melissa Gilbert – Michigan, Undisclosed Price

When Melissa Gilbert met her husband Timothy Busfield on a TV set in 2010, it was love at first sight. Fast forward a few years (and a lovely marriage later), and the two moved into their Victorian-style home in Howell, Michigan.

The two stars truly lived in their little town; they would enjoy walks in the neighborhood, dined at the local restaurants, and took part in charitable work in the area. The loving couple lived in Michigan until 2018, before moving to a log cabin in New York. Gilbert is about to become a grandmother—her daughter-in-law is expecting to give birth in June 2021.

The property has changed hands four times since 1989, and it was last seen on the market in 2015 with an asking price of 3.5 million. Norris was recently involved in a public controversy when he was allegedly spotted at the U.S Capitol riot in January 2021.

Star of the 1960’s sitcom The Dick Van Dyke Show, Richard Wayne Van Dyke has been active in Hollywood since the 1950s. His glorious, 12,015-square-foot Italian-style residence in Encino, Los Angeles, sports three opulent bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The stately home features a wine cellar, a fitness room, a games room with a billiards table, a home theatre, and a media room. The home last sold in the 1990s for $1.25 million and has recently popped up at a price reduced from $8.995 million to $6.512 million. Van Dyke is expected to appear in the upcoming film Capture the Flag, which is currently in production.
