The chateau belongs to none other than pop legend Sir Elton John himself. The Rocket Man singer owns no less than four magnificent homes worldwide, but the one in Nice is probably his favorite.
The $15 million Friend Riviera palace overlooks the sea, all the way to the Mediterranean coastline. Elton’s farewell tour, which was canceled in 2020, is set to commence in September 2021 in the UK and Ireland.

Singer Tony Bennett’s former 9,500-square-foot home in Belvedere Island was located on top of the Bay. Much like the American singer’s magical and dazzling performances, the home also featured an equally magical view of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco skyline, and Mount Tamalpais for its lucky inhabitants.

The French-themed five-bedroom and seven-bathroom residence also had three lawns, a library, and five fireplaces. Sadly, the singer sold his luxury abode almost a decade ago. The home was listed for sale in 2011 with an asking price of $27.5 million. Tony has been battling Alzheimer’s disease for five years, but he is in no mood to give up!

In 2020, Grammy Award-winning American singer-songwriter Jon Bon Jovi sold and moved out of his Palm Beach mansion to buy and move into his Palm Beach mansion. Confused? We thought so. Bon Jovi flipped his oceanfront Palm Beach home after renovating it for $20 million and celebrated his profit by buying an even more luxurious estate right down the street for $43 million.

His new 19,232-square-foot home boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms along with additional features like an exercise facility, wine cellar, elevators, and breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The Bon Jovi Experience tour is set to kick start in May 2021.

Clint Eastwood bought his enormous 4.7-acre Pebble Beach estate in 1994 for $3.925 million. Designed by architect Clarence Tantau in 1920, the home is inspired by Spanish designs. The home’s layout is designed around a central courtyard which is home to oak trees and a fountain.

The home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while the décor is very much Spanish with Spanish doors, hand-crafted iron finishes, and terracotta rood tiles. Eastwood put up the estate for sale in 2017 at $9.75 million. The latest Clint Eastwood-directed movie, Cry Macho, has gotten the green light from Warner Bros. and is set to release in October 2021.

Two-time Oscar award-winning actress Jodie Foster originally purchased her gorgeous two-story Beverly Hills home from the film producer Colin Callender in 2012 for a sum of $11.75 million.

The 7,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private garden entrance, and a fireplace. The kitchen features vaulted ceilings and French doors that open out onto the patio. In 2019, Foster was able to sell the residence just two months after listing it for sale for a cool $14.9 million. Foster’s upcoming movie The Mauritanian is set to hit theaters in 2021.
