Perry bought the 9,290-square-foot four-bedroom, eight bathrooms apartment in 2017 for $20 million and, in 2019, listed it back on the market for $35 million. Fun fact; even though Friends ended in 2004, Perry is still cashing its royalty checks amounting to $10 to $20 million every year! Perry recently made a bombshell revelation that a Friends reunion shoot was in the works!
