Rick Harrison – Las Vegas, $3.15 Million
Famous for his tough negotiations and the occasional verbal banter with Chumlee on the TV show Pawn Stars, Rick Harrison has made quite a fortune since his pawnshop went viral all over TV and the Internet.
Harrison’s 8,845-square-foot home in Red Rock Country Club has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. After purchasing it, the Pawn Stars co-star reportedly spent $600K renovating the beautiful house, which features a movie theatre, pool, and a waterfall. Harrison decided to sell the property in 2019 for $3.9 million, and after several years on the market, it sold in March 2021 for $3.15 million. His hit television show Pawn Stars is back, with new episodes airing in 2021.
