Comedian and TV talk show host Jay Leno’s pockets are loaded, but he is usually frugal when buying anything. While it’s no secret the former host of The Tonight Show has a love affair with old, classic cars, we wouldn’t normally expect him to splurge millions on a nine-acre mansion, would we?
Well, that’s precisely what Leno did in 2017, purchasing an enormous oceanfront palatial estate in Newport, Rhode Island, with 12 bedrooms, a tennis court, and a beach for $13.5 million. In the fall of 2021, Leno is set to preside over the revival of the 1970’s game show You Bet Your Life.
