Jamie Farr – Born In 1934
Jamie Farr outdid himself portraying Maxwell Q. Klinger, a cross-dressing corporal, in the ’70s CBS sitcom M*A*S*H. His acting career goes back to his youth when he won two dollars at an acting contest at the age of 11. Farr further shaped his skills at the Pasadena Playhouse, and that’s where he landed a contract with Goldwyn-Mayer.
He has maintained a steady workflow in the industry since then. However, we last saw him on our screens in 2018 promoting classics including M*A*S*H for MeTV. He shares two children with his wife of 57 years, Joy-Ann Richards.
