Fetterman, who took a crucial role in developing urban programs and a new community center, also bought an abandoned warehouse and transformed it into a colorful loft home using salvaged debris. Local graffiti artists were invited to decorate the house and yard. He still lives in that loft-style home with Gisele, his wife, Karl, their son, and their dog, Kale.
